1.Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the oren888 website at oren888.co and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and services operated by oren888.
• "Account" means the personal member account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or non-cashable balance granted by oren888 under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required prior to withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means territories from which access to oren888 services is prohibited, as determined by oren888 from time to time.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on the oren888 Platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. oren888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Registration is limited to one (1) Account per individual. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Material inaccuracies discovered during KYC review may result in Account suspension.

2.4 Persons located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to oren888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. oren888 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

2.5 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of oren888 and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a playing Account or participate in promotions without prior written approval from oren888 management.

3.Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. oren888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your Account.

3.2 You must notify oren888 immediately through live support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received, oren888 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account activity.

3.3 oren888 will never request your Account password through any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Any communication purporting to be from oren888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.4 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access the Platform through your Account. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 All transactions on the oren888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum transaction limits may apply based on your Account tier and selected payment method.

4.2 oren888 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT cryptocurrency. oren888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or accounts belonging to persons other than the registered Account holder.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. In all cases, withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. oren888 may request identity documents including a copy of your MyKad or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by oren888 may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

4.5 oren888 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable. Standard processing times for Touch n Go and FPX transfers are 10–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. oren888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.6 Deposits that are made but not played through at all (i.e., deposited and immediately requested for withdrawal without any wagering activity) may be subject to a review process and an administrative handling fee not exceeding 5% of the deposit amount.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 oren888 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific Terms applicable to that promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

5.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible game contributions are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 oren888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. Bonus credits that have not been activated or wagered at the time of cancellation will be voided without liability.

5.4 Abuse of promotions — including the use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other Members, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or any activity that oren888 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — may result in the cancellation of all bonus credits, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent Account closure.

5.5 Promotions are intended for genuine recreational play. oren888 reserves the right to restrict participation in any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.Game Rules and Betting

6.1 All games and betting products available on the oren888 Platform are governed by their respective Game Rules, which are accessible within each game or product interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable Game Rules before participating.

6.2 The outcome of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games is determined by certified random number generation software independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment.

6.3 Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except where explicitly permitted by the applicable Game Rules. In the case of sportsbook bets, settlement follows the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by oren888's data providers.

6.4 oren888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account balance without interest.

6.5 Maximum win limits may apply to individual game sessions or betting events. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or product interface and form part of the applicable Game Rules.

7.Responsible Gaming

7.1 oren888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time without charge through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over specified periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.2 oren888 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

7.3 All persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. oren888 employs age verification measures and cooperates with international gaming authority guidelines on the prevention of underage gambling.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oren888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multi-player games or sports betting.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, geo-restrictions, or access controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oren888 staff or other Members.

9.Account Closure and Termination

9.1 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting live support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, oren888 will close the Account within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending withdrawal holds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

9.2 oren888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, regulatory requirement, or breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or financial crime, balances may be held pending investigation.

9.3 Upon Account closure, these Terms continue to bind both parties with respect to any outstanding obligations, disputes, or claims arising prior to the date of closure.

10.Limitation of Liability

10.1 The oren888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. oren888 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oren888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 oren888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oren888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the oren888 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual material, is the proprietary property of oren888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without oren888's prior written consent.

12.Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 oren888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 oren888 implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. Despite these measures, oren888 cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for data breaches attributable to events beyond its reasonable control.

13.Amendments to These Terms

13.1 oren888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, oren888 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their Account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 The version of these Terms currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which oren888's operating licence is issued, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting oren888's customer support team. oren888 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the binding dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant gaming authority under whose licence oren888 operates.

14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
